软银与Sierra达成合作，在日本推出人工智能客服服务
软银集团与Sierra建立战略合作伙伴关系，将在日本市场推出由智能AI代理驱动的客户服务方案。自7月14日起，软银成为Sierra在日本的独家合作方。软银旗下线上手机品牌Linemo已接入Sierra相关技术；公司计划后续将该技术应用于软银、Y!mobile等自有品牌及集团其他业务线。（新浪财经）
